I did this, and it worked fine in Classic, but Mobile is not visible in Lightning. It is visible in Account Page Layout / Related List, and I’ve double checked to make sure that it was applied all Account Layouts (Sales) etc.. It is also available if I edit the Contact from the Account / Related Tab.

    Hi John,

I assume that you would also need to create a custom field for mobile. I attempted to find the mobile selection to add and it is not in the list of field selections.

I assume you mean “Edit the account page layout to include the mobile field FOR related contacts.” Or “within related contacts”? Was a bit confusing.

I got it as you described doing so – I’m clueless however where the scroll bar is referenced by Barbara….

If you want the mobile phone to only to display on one version of your account page layout, you have to scroll down in the box below where it says “apply column information to other page layouts:” and uncheck the other page layouts that you do not want it to apply to. Took me a while to figure out that I could scroll in this area and find the list of page layout names because it is not at all obvious.

Thanks Barbara, I didn’t even notice that there was a scroll bar!
