- Users assigned the “Inside Sales” profile cannot view or report on the lead fax field or account fax field.
When I edit the Lead, the fax field was already unchecked.
Since the fax field is also available on Contacts (and they’ll have to convert that lead to a contact before attaching to an Account), would you not want to make the fax field on Contacts not visible as well to maintain consistency for the Inside Sales Profile?
