    John:
    Hi

My TEST is scheduled on 02/09/2017. I am confused about the Recycle Bin. Everywhere it says that data can stay in RB for 15 days. I just checked Propofs website where you wrote that RB can house data for 30 days. Some where it says that Custom Field can stay for 45 days.

Seems like that life in RB is different for different objects. Can you please give us a detail about Recycle Bin right here without referring us to Salesforce website. Thanks Waiting for your reply

    Hi John:

I just took the W17 maintenance exam and failed one question.
Did search the web and can’t find the proper answer or something that convince the correct answer.

    Here is the question:

    5. Which two features are available in Partner Communities using the Customer Service template?
    Choose 2 answers

    A. Users can create their own list views.
    B. Field level help displays to the user.
    C. Report charts can be added to the layout.
    D. Sales Path available for opportunities only.

    I found mixed answers like B and C or A and D.
Can you or anybody else help? If you post a link to confirm/justify the answers would be really great.

    Thanks!

    Hi John,
I am gonna take my ADM201 exam on 21st jan, in 2 days. Can I expect question from winter’17 release?

Also, Please let me know the best answer for the below Q

    Q. What is the capability of the service cloud (customer) portal? (2 answers)

    a. Customer can log, view, edit, and close their own cases.
    b. Customers can view and edit contacts related to their own accounts.
    c. The portal and its users can be created without additional licenses.
    d. The portal can be customized with corporate branding.

    I think, ans is a and d
However other site says its c and d
Aren’t we need to pay for license for portals?
